1. About Herbify

Herbify is a Pakistan-based ecommerce brand offering herbal and food-based products including Moringa Powder and Chia Seeds.

Herbify is based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product names, pack sizes, descriptions, photographs and prices as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product appearance, packaging or presentation may sometimes vary slightly due to packaging updates, photography, screen settings or normal product variation.

Customers should review the actual product packaging, ingredient information and usage directions before use.

3. Orders

An order placed through the website represents a request to purchase the selected products.

Herbify may contact the customer to confirm order or delivery details where reasonably necessary.

Herbify reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected misuse, inaccurate customer information or another reasonable operational reason.

4. Prices

Product prices displayed on herbify.com.pk are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be updated from time to time.

The price applicable to an order is the price shown during checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.

5. Shipping Charges

Herbify's standard delivery charge is currently Rs. 250 per order for delivery across Pakistan, unless another delivery offer is clearly displayed.

Shipping charges are shown during checkout before the customer completes the order.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to arrange payment when the parcel is delivered.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or repeated failed deliveries may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.

7. Delivery

Herbify delivers orders across Pakistan through available courier or delivery services.

Delivery time can vary based on destination, courier operations, holidays, weather, accessibility and other circumstances outside Herbify's direct control.

Customers must provide an accurate address and an active contact number.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Because Herbify products may be consumable products, opened or used products generally cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

Incorrect, damaged or genuinely problematic orders should be reported to Herbify with relevant order information and photographs where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and according to relevant packaging information.
