Delivery Across Pakistan
Herbify currently delivers orders across Pakistan. Our standard delivery charge is Rs. 250 per order unless a different delivery offer is clearly shown on the website.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after they are received through herbify.com.pk.
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number so your order can be processed and delivered correctly.
Shipping Charges
- Standard nationwide delivery charge: Rs. 250
- The delivery charge is shown during checkout.
- Any promotional or free-shipping offer will be shown separately when available.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's city, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside Herbify's direct control.
Customers should keep their provided phone number available in case the courier or Herbify needs to contact them regarding delivery.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Herbify orders. Customers should pay the applicable order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
An incorrect or incomplete address may cause a delay, failed delivery or return of the parcel.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Herbify as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the parcel and product.

Herbify is based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
This location information does not imply that a walk-in retail facility is available.
